I'm not just offering movement and relaxation.
This is an invitation to transform, remember, and reclaim rest as a sacred practice.

Breathwork
Breathwork is a practice that involves consciously controlling your breath to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It includes various techniques that can help reduce stress, increase focus, enhance relaxation, and improve overall health by stimulating the body's natural healing processes. Breathwork exercises often involve deep, rhythmic breathing patterns designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and release stored tension.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief. It involves holding passive poses for extended periods, typically supported by props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, to encourage the body to relax fully. The practice emphasizes breath awareness, mindfulness, and calming the nervous system, making it ideal for those seeking rest, recovery, or relief from tension and anxiety.

Yoga Nidra/NSDR
“Falling Asleep to The Finite Waking Up to The Infinite”
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a state of conscious relaxation that guides practitioners into a deep, restorative meditative state. In this practice, the body remains completely relaxed while the mind stays aware, leading to a profound sense of rest and rejuvenation. It involves a systematic body scan, breath awareness, and visualizations, promoting stress reduction, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Yoga Nidra is typically practiced lying down, making it accessible for all levels of experience.
Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) is a state of profound relaxation that doesn't require sleep but offers similar restorative benefits. It's a practice designed to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall well-being. NSDR techniques, such as yoga nidra or guided meditation, help the body and mind reach a deep state of rest and rejuvenation, promoting recovery, focus, and emotional balance without the need for actual sleep.
